Plans are paid in advance so we can reserve the team’s time and start right away. This policy explains when money comes back to you.
2. Prepaid plans: within 48 hours
If you cancel within 48 hours (2 days) of paying, we refund what you paid for the plan. After 48 hours, the amount is not refundable.
3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are not refunded. You can cancel anytime; the plan runs to the end of the paid period and then does not renew.
4. Ad budgets
Any part of your ad budget that was not spent on ads is refunded in full.
5. Not refundable
- Ad budget already spent.
- Message fees already used.
- Third-party costs such as domains, hosting and stock media.
6. Smart Media OS plans
The same rules apply: a refund within 48 hours of paying, then cancel anytime and the plan does not renew.
7. How to request a refund
Message us on WhatsApp at +964 770 466 9669 or email [email protected] with your name and invoice number. We reply within one working day and return the money within 7 working days, using the payment method you paid with.
